1. Operational Framework
Engagement with Bravo Digital Studios implies full acceptance of these Terms of Engagement. As a premier creative agency rooted in Milan and operating globally, we operate under a framework designed to ensure clarity, mutual respect, and exceptional delivery. These terms define the parameters of our professional relationship.
2. Service Parameters
Bravo Digital Studios specializes in high-end cinematography, photography, and digital production. We craft bespoke visual narratives tailored to the specific strategic needs of our clients. All deliverables, timelines, and specific project scopes are defined in the formal proposal or contract ratified prior to commencement.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All creative assets, raw footage, and concepts generated by Bravo Digital Studios remain the exclusive intellectual property of the agency until full remuneration has been settled. Upon final payment, usage rights are transferred to the client as per the agreed licensing terms. We reserve the right to showcase completed works for portfolio and self-promotional purposes, barring any prior Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
4. Collaborative Prerequisites
Successful production requires streamlined collaboration. Clients are expected to provide timely feedback, necessary brand assets, and access required for execution. Delays in client-side deliverables may result in timeline adjustments and, where applicable, revised cost structures.
5. Financial Structure
To secure a booking or production slot, a non-refundable retainer is required. The balance is due upon project completion and prior to the release of final high-resolution assets. Specific payment schedules will be detailed in your invoice. Late settlements may incur accrued interest.
6. Termination Protocols
Engagements may be terminated by either party; however, cancellation fees apply based on the production stage and resources already allocated. Retainer fees are non-refundable to cover pre-production and scheduling costs.
7. Limitation of Liability
Bravo Digital Studios commits to industry-leading standards. However, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our deliverables. Any concerns regarding the output must be raised during the review phase to ensure immediate rectification.
8. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Engagement to reflect operational or legal changes. Active clients will be notified of any significant amendments affecting ongoing projects.
9. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Monza/Milan.
